Fun with Friends

A few days ago I went on a trip with some friends. All of us are of different ages. Some are parents, children, siblings, couples and friends. But then when we all come together, it is like we are all from the same age. Age doesn’t matter at all. Everyone was opened up to each other. Parents, children, siblings were all having fun together like a big group of friends. It is great to have friends around. When we have friends around there's always lots of fun.

Going on a trip with a big group of friends always brings us closer together and also get to know each other a little bit more here and there. When we go for a trip together, we do most of the things together. Things that we don’t usually get to do in our daily lives. With such a big group of friends we get to do things together like cooking, cleaning the dishes, having meals, campfire, cleaning the house, bedtime side by side, relaxing by the pond, playing games, singing in a big group and also sharing thoughts and experiences. It just feels so great, when you have friends that you can experience so many things with and being so open to each other. All of us were a whole being together. When we’re playing games we work as a team helping each other. When there’s a sharing we listen to each other and share thoughts. It was just amazing how the younger ones and the older ones communicate with each other. Each and everyone seems to be so comfortable with each other.

Everyone was so happy together throughout the trip. Everyone of us enjoyed ourselves. It has been just amazing how we spent our weekend together. The trip brought our friendship closer. On our last day of the trip we felt that we just didn’t have enough fun with each other. Suddenly it feels like the trip has been just too short for us. Time passes by so fast that we didn’t even realize it’s time to pack up and head home. Well I guess that’s why people say time flies when you’re having fun especially with your friends.
